    Have gone here twice for a simple upgrade that they are unable to do locally and have had problems accesssing their system and account information. But yet other locations have never had any issues servicing the account. But yet this location has had issues both times that I have been here. With that said I will never spend a cent at this location and will be more then happy to drive to a different location that can access the system or Sprints online store instead of waisting my time with these incompetent sales reps that have not been able to service the account the two times that we have tried to get service on the account. This has been the worst Sprint store that we have gone to and has never provided any service on the account because of issues with the staff and the system. Other locations that we have visited have never had issues with the system and or providing service. So it is obviously an Employee issue not a SPRINT issue. Thanks for waisting our time with bad staff Sprint. This Locations manager also never said hello to us or the other people in the store when we were there. Or apologized to the customers for their inability to log into the Sprints system. When the staff was having problems getting into the system to activate phones. But had pleanty of time to tell the staff to not use the computer that was logged into the system because they did not have a computer in the back room for him to use. As well as warning the staff not to make any mistakes when using his log in information because he would get in trouble with Sprint. Sounds like he has an extensive history of issues with the SNAFU that is the norm for This Location. Since we stopped at this location a year earlier (6/2016) and employees had problems with accessing the account then as well as a year later with zero improvement. They still suck and have not improved and have gotten worse and are flat out incompetent and should be avoided at all costs. The location also looked dirty and rundown. If I ever return I plan to record video of this incompetent location with management and sales staff that drives away more buisness than what they get. Sprint clean house at this location and send these incompetent employees and in effective management packing. While bringing in competent sales staff. Current management is perfectly happy to lose the sale of one smartphone and three tablets to another location who had zero issues with the sale and got the commission that would have gone to your location of Asshats . If your staff was able to access their system and actually wanted to make a sale. When your employees cant even service an established account that has been active with Sprint since 2005. But willing to drive to other areas to get quality service and Sprint has several locations that are within a short drive and can take care of customers faster than the Athens location can get onto the system. I suspect that the good reviews of the Athens location is probably current or former management and sales staff making the reviews to stroke their egos and value of this horrible location that is the worst location that I have ever visited. Its a sad store that brings the reputation of Sprint down to the gutter because of bad leadership and sales staff to the gutter. But when an employee still cant access the system after a half hour and can drive off a gaurenteed sale there is a major problem with the management for not getting involved to save the sale but interupted the employee several times but never acknowledged the customers its a problem. If it was my buisness I would definitely be replacing the inefective management. As well as getting qualified staff and management. Not to mention that the managements lack of expieriance probably reflects in the locations inventory shrink from stolen merchandise when they do not even say hello to people who enter the store.
